Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

The Restaurant Supervisor will support the Restaurant Manager in handling staff operations, customer satisfaction, inventory coordination, and outlet performance.

You should be able to lead the team efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while ensuring smooth front- and back-of-house operations.

As a supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining discipline, hygiene standards, SOP compliance, and team productivity.

Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and support the team during shifts.

Assist in training and guiding new employees and existing staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.

Ensure all SOPs, checklists, and company standards are followed properly.

Assist in maintaining inventory of food, packing, and cleaning supplies.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and shift responsibilities.

Assist in preparing daily sales and operational reports.

Help reduce wastage and maintain operational efficiency.

Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet.

Restaurant Supervisor Requirements:

Must be able to speak and read English very well.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

High school diploma / Graduate.

Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and team handling skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory handling.

Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

Physical ability to stand for extended working hours.
