Job Description
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products based on their requirements.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
Manage stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
Address customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions.
Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.
Follow company policies, and store operational guidelines.
