Job Description
Location: Jayanagar, Banaswadi, Indiranagar, Banashankari, Vijayanagar, Rajajinagar
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock checks.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Kannada is mandatory.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is an added advantage.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
