Retail Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our health and fitness supplements store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Greet customers and understand their fitness and nutrition requirements.

· Explain product benefits, usage, and dosage of gym and health supplements.

· Promote ongoing offers, new products, and best-selling items.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.

· Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions.

· Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.

· Assist in stock checking, expiry monitoring, and replenishment.

· Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely.

· Maintain basic sales records and daily reports.

· Follow store policies, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum qualification: 10+2 / PUC / Any graduate (preferred).

· Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).

· Interest in fitness, gym, health, and nutrition products is a plus.

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· Ability to work in shifts and on weekends, if required.
