Retail Sales Executive

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, sizes, colours, prices and offers to customers.

Demonstrate products and help customers select the right products.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Generate sales and maximize opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Maintain proper display of products, shelves and merchandise.

Ensure products are properly arranged according to size, colour, style and category.

Check stock availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team for required products.

Assist in receiving, checking and arranging new stock.

Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.

Support billing and packing activities when required.

Handle exchanges and returns according to company policy.

Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Inform customers about new arrivals, offers and promotions.

Monitor competitor products, pricing and market trends.

Maintain proper discipline and follow all company/store policies.

Report daily sales and other store-related activities to the Store Manager.
