Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team.

• Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers to the showroom, understand their requirements, and guide them through our product range (tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware).
• Deal Closure & Negotiation: Confidently handle customer objections, negotiate pricing within approved margins, and effectively close sales to meet targets.
• Billing & Inventory (Tally): Maintain basic records, generate sales invoices, and check stock availability using Tally ERP/Prime.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, contractors, and builders for repeat business.
• Showroom Upkeep: Ensure the display area is clean, organized, and products are properly showcased.
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Gender: Male (as per operational/field requirements).
• Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Technical Skills: Basic hands-on knowledge of Tally is a must.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [Insert Local Language] and basic English/Hindi is preferred.
