Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Retail Sales & Operations Executive who can drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth store operations. This role combines salesmanship with operational coordination from product demos and billing to managing helpers and working closely with the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle in-store sales and assist customers with product selection
• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and service
• Demonstrate products and explain features convincingly
• Negotiate and close sales with confidence
• Manage billing and cash counter operations
• Supervise packing, delivery, and ensure helpers complete tasks efficiently
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction and store performance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in hardware or sanitary products
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage operations independently
• Basic knowledge of sanitary, plumbing, and hardware products is an advantage
• Responsible, trustworthy, and customer-focused attitude

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
