Job SummaryWe are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Staff to join The Organic World team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain store presentation, manage merchandise, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a retail environment are preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related queries.
• Promote store offers, loyalty programs, and new products.
• Ensure proper stocking, replenishment, and display of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Monitor product expiry dates and quality standards.
• Support billing and cash handling activities when required.
• Assist in inventory checks and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in retail stores, supermarkets, or customer-facing roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Preferred QualificationsHigh School / PUC / Any Graduate.
• Experience in grocery, FMCG, supermarket, or organic retail stores preferred.
