Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused Retail Associate with at least 6 months of experience in a retail environment such as The Organic World. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable organic/natural products
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Sales & Billing

• Support in achieving daily/weekly sales targets
• Operate POS system and ensure accurate billing
• Promote offers, discounts, and loyalty programs
• Store Operations

• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Monitor product availability and report stock shortages
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Inventory Management

• Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and replenishment
• Conduct basic stock checks and support inventory audits
• Product Knowledge

• Develop knowledge of organic, natural, and eco-friendly products
• Educate customers on product benefits and usage
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months experience in retail (preferably grocery/organic store like The Organic World)
• Basic understanding of POS billing systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
