• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned store targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment activities, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store merchandising standards, product displays, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with store management on promotions, pricing updates, and product launches.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members to improve productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor billing counters and oversee cash management processes.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG operations.
• Prior experience in team handling or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
