Job Description
The Team Leader at The Organic World is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading a team to deliver the brand promise of healthy, organic living. This role requires strong leadership, retail acumen, and a customer-first mindset.
- Key Responsibilities1. Team Management & LeadershipSupervise, train, and motivate store associates to achieve performance targets
- Conduct daily briefings and allocate tasks effectively
- Monitor team productivity and provide ongoing coaching
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment
- 2. Sales & Revenue GenerationDrive store sales to meet and exceed targets
- Upsell and promote organic product ranges to customers
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure effective merchandising and product display
- 3. Customer ExperienceDeliver excellent customer service aligned with brand standards
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Educate customers on organic products and benefits
- Build customer loyalty through personalized service
- 4. Store OperationsEnsure smooth day-to-day store functioning
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and replenishment
- Monitor product quality, especially perishables
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and store SOPs
- 5. Inventory & Quality ControlTrack stock movement and minimize wastage
- Conduct regular stock audits and reporting
- Coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment
- Ensure freshness and quality standards of organic produce
- 6. Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to company policies and retail standards
- Maintain required documentation and reports
- Assist in store performance analysis and reporting to management
- Key RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in retail/store operations
