Machaxi is Hiring: Revenue Growth Manager – Play Vertical
At Machaxi, we’re building India’s largest sports ecosystem across Learn, Play, and Shop. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to drive sales, partnerships, and revenue growth across our sports centres.
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Machaxi centres, with a strong focus on swimming memberships and corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive swimming membership sales across centres
• Build and close corporate tie-ups (employee wellness / sports programs)
• Identify and execute local marketing & growth initiatives
• Improve conversion across leads → trials → paid users
• Work closely with Centre Managers to drive on-ground sales
Who We’re Looking For
• Strong personality and excellent communication skills
• Highly target-driven and ownership-focused
• Passion for sports (preferred)
• Street-smart, proactive, and capable of closing deals independently
• Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (preferred)
