Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to lead the company’s sales and marketing strategies and drive overall business growth. The candidate will oversee sales and marketing teams, develop strategic plans, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term sales and marketing strategies
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing departments
• Set revenue targets and monitor team performance
• Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
• Prepare strategic reports and present insights to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with leadership experience
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital marketing and marketing analytics tools
• Strong business development and partnership management skills
• Ability to lead large teams and manage high-level projects

Salary: ₹15,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per year (depending on experience)
