Job Title Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager

We specialize in high-quality Trap Doors, Honeycomb Doors, Acoustic Doors, Lead-Lined Doors, and customized architectural products supplied to commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects across India.
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who understands the construction industry and has the ability to convert opportunities into large-value orders.
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales professional whose primary responsibility is to generate business and aggressively increase sales of ECOCEL Trap Doors across Bangalore and other target markets.
This is not an order processing role. We need someone who can create demand, identify opportunities, build relationships, influence specifications, negotiate effectively, and consistently close business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Generate new business opportunities through architects, contractors, builders, consultants, PMCs and MEP firms.
• Identify projects at planning and execution stages.
• Develop new dealer and channel partner networks.
• Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations.
• Promote ECOCEL Trap Doors as the preferred specification.
Sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Follow up until order closure and payment realization.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Upsell additional Greencore products wherever possible.
Market Development
• Map commercial projects across the assigned territory.
• Generate leads from construction sites and upcoming projects.
• Track competitors, pricing and market trends.
• Create opportunities in hospitals, offices, malls, hotels, factories and institutional buildings.
Technical Selling
Candidate should be able to understand:
• Architectural drawings
• False ceiling layouts
• Gypsum partitions
• Access panel applications
• MEP requirements
• Trap Door specifications
• Site measurements
Training on ECOCEL products will be provided.
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain daily visit reports.
• Update sales pipeline regularly.
• Record enquiries, quotations and follow-ups in CRM.
• Submit weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with production for order execution.
Required Experience
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in B2B construction product sales.
• Experience selling any of the following is highly preferred:
o Building materials
o False ceiling systems
o Drywall/Gypsum products
o Architectural hardware
o Doors
o Access Panels/Trap Doors
o Aluminium systems
o Interior building products
Preferred Customer Network
Candidate should already have working relationships with:
• Architects
• Interior Designers
• Builders
• Contractors
• Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
• MEP Consultants
• Ceiling Contractors
• Interior Contractors
• Facility Management Companies
Essential Skills

• MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
