Job Description
Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and inspire a team of direct sales representatives by actively participating in sales activities and demonstrating effective sales techniques.
- Set clear sales goals and expectations while guiding the team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that drive performance and enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct hands-on training and coaching sessions, providing team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Monitor individual and team sales metrics, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales team members, establishing a supportive and productive team culture.
- Lead by example by actively engaging in direct sales efforts, demonstrating best practices, and sharing personal success stories.
