Job Description
Sales Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, and presentations to promote company products and services.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize orders with customers.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order execution, delivery schedules, and payment follow-up.
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving organizational objectives.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Promote the company's products and services through various marketing channels.
- Manage company branding and corporate image.
- Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements to support business growth.
- Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Quotation & Tender Management
Review customer enquiries, RFQs, and tender documents.
- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, purchase, production, and finance departments to obtain technical and commercial inputs for quotations.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations, proposals, and tender documents to major customers.
- Follow up with customers for quotation status, technical clarifications, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain records of all quotations, tenders, and customer correspondence.
- Analyze quotation conversion rates and develop strategies to improve order success.
- Support contract finalization and purchase order processing upon order confirmation.
Business Development Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers, industries, and market segments.
- Establish strategic partnerships and business alliances.
- Explore opportunities for expansion of products and services.
- Participate in tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Develop customer retention and key account management strategies.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare monthly sales, marketing, and business development reports.
- Forecast sales, market demand, and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
