Job Title: Sales Associate – Real Estate
Location:Bangalore

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **Sales Associates** to join our real estate sales team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are also welcome. The role involves assisting customers in finding the right property, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
* Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
* Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
* Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
* Achieve individual sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Stay updated on market trends and ongoing projects.
Eligibility
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Candidates with **0–2 years of experience** in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, retail, or customer service are preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Mandatory Criteria
* Proficiency in **Hindi and English** (both spoken and written).
* Must own a **two-wheeler** with a valid driving license for site visits and client meetings.
Preferred Skills
* Basic knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.
* Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
