Sales Co-ordinator

Job overview:

We are looking for an energetic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and handle day-to-day business coordination. You will be the vital link between our customers, sales field team, and office operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily with customers and the internal sales team to process orders and handle inquiries.
• Handle business communications via phone calls, emails, and professional WhatsApp messages.
• Assist in preparing basic business documents, quotations, and tracking sales data.
• Digital Marketing (Plus Point): Assist in basic digital marketing activities, online product visibility, or managing social media/business profiles if required.
• generating leads through various sources , organising the same & follow up from lead to closure.
• Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) is required.
• Plus Skills: Any prior experience or basic knowledge of digital marketing or working in a B2B trading environment is a big advantage.
• Must be a quick learner, proactive, and ready to join immediately.
