🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations

• Manage sales documentation (contracts, orders, invoices)

• Maintain CRM systems and databases

Customer Service:

• Respond promptly to client queries

• Keep clients updated on orders and deliveries

• Follow up on sales leads and outstanding payments

Sales Operations:

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales events

• Monitor sales KPIs and generate reports

• Liaise with logistics/supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Team Support:

• Assist sales representatives with scheduling and communication

• Provide data-driven insights to improve team performance
