Job Description
Overview
Adeba Trading Private Limited is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively find new sales opportunities and pursue them
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities
- Serve as a point of contact for customers
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled
- Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, and customer records
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, and pending tasks
- Address customer concerns promptly
- Share customer feedback and market observations with the management
- Help maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, coordination, or customer-facing role, ideally in B2B.
- Strong organization skills and with attention to detail.
- Two-wheeler license and scooter/bike. 4-wheeler license is an advantage
- Clear, courteous communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with relevant software and tools.
- Fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi an advantage.
