Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote NEET STARS programs, generate student admissions, handle enquiries, and build strong relationships with students and parents. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in counselling students, and a passion for the education industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent enquiries professionally
• Explain NEET STARS programs, seminars, and admission services
• Convert leads into admissions
• Conduct follow-up calls and counselling sessions
• Maintain student database and CRM records
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Support seminar and event registrations
• Build strong customer relationships
• Provide guidance regarding courses and counselling services

Required Skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
• Ability to work under targets
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi, or regional language

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience in Education Sales preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
