Job Description

Location: JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Interior Sales (Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Interior Sales Executive who can confidently convert enquiries into projects and build strong relationships with clients.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential interior design sales who understands the complete sales process—from the first enquiry to project booking.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle all incoming leads and client enquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and conduct initial discussions.
  • Prepare preliminary quotations, BOQs, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the design team to develop proposals.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Answer client queries and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Visit project sites whenever required.
  • Maintain lead records, quotations, and basic sales accounts.
  • Negotiate professionally and close interior projects.
  • Achieve a target of 2–3 project closures every month.
  • Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in interior sales (mandatory).
  • Experience selling residential interior design or turnkey interior projects.
  • Good understanding of interior materials, pricing, BOQs, and project execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Kannada and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable preparing quotations, presentations, and basic client proposals.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Compensation:Fixed salary + Attractive performance-based commission.
  • High earning potential for candidates who consistently achieve sales targets.
