Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a successful career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve quarterly sales targets through company-provided leads and data calling.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

Conduct property presentations and assist clients during site visits.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and deal closure.

Maintain regular follow-ups with assigned leads and update the CRM.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.

Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Fluency in English and Hindi.

Willingness to work in the day shift.

Work Schedule

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Weekday
