Job Role

We are looking for a highly proactive and result-driven Sales Coordination Executive who can efficiently manage and convert leads provided by the Sales Head.

This role demands strong follow-up skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to ensuring that no lead is missed.

Key Responsibilities

*Handle and manage all leads assigned by the Sales Head

*Perform consistent and multiple follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

*Maintain professional and clear communication with customers

*Convert leads into confirmed business

*Coordinate effectively with the Administration team for smooth operations

*Maintain accurate daily reports on lead status and progress

Performance Expectations

-Ensure zero lead loss due to lack of follow-up

-Quick response time (within minutes)

-Minimum 5–7 follow-ups per lead

-Strong focus on lead conversion

Skills & Requirements

Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi

*Strong communication and convincing skills

*High level of follow-up discipline and persistence

*Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM systems

*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
