Job Description
Welcome and assist walk-in customers and online inquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, booking forms, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments.
Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and explain vehicle features during handover.
Upsell accessories, extended warranties, and service packages.
Collect customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on new vehicle models, competitor products, and promotional offers.
Participate in showroom events, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
