Job OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive to generate enquiries, meet architects/builders, and convert leads into orders. The role involves both field visits and follow-ups, with a strong focus on relationship building and closing deals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads by visiting:
- Architects
- Builders & Developers
- Individual house owners
- Explain product offerings (elevators) and share brochures/quotations
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Maintain and update daily follow-up data in CRM / Google Sheets
- Coordinate with:
- Design team (for drawings)
- Production & installation team
- Follow up on:
- Enquiries
- Quotations
- Negotiations
- Payments
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with architects and builders
- Key Skills RequiredGood communication skills in English + Kannada (mandatory)
- Hindi / Telugu (added advantage)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Field sales mindset with willingness to travel within Bangalore
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools)
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- QualificationsAny Graduate / Diploma
- Freshers interested in sales can apply
- Prior experience in construction / real estate / elevator / B2B sales is a plus
- Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

- Working Hours 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
