Job Description
Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, identify their lifestyle and budget requirements, and match them with suitable new or pre-owned vehicles.
Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, technology, and performance specifications. Safely conduct and accompany customers on test drives.
Sales & Negotiation: Discuss pricing, present finance or leasing options, and handle any objections to close the sale.
Paperwork & Delivery: Complete sales contracts, verify insurance and legal documentation, and coordinate with the finance or delivery departments.
Follow-up & Lead Generation: Maintain a CRM database, follow up with prospective buyers, and reach out to past clients to generate repeat and referral business
