Field Sales Executive – Job Description

Job Summary

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting clients, meeting potential customers, promoting products or services, and building long-term business relationships. The role involves traveling to customer locations, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas

·       Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations

·       Generate leads and convert them into sales

·       Maintain relationships with existing clients

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

·       Negotiate pricing and close deals

·       Collect customer feedback and market insights

·       Prepare daily sales reports and visit updates

·       Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support

·       Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Required Skills

Qualifications

·       Minimum 12th pass

·       1 year of sales experience

·       Valid driving license may be required

·       Two-wheeler mandatory

Salary Range

Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives
