Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to potential clients. The role also includes meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and preparing detailed proposals to support client needs and drive business success.

Qualifications

Proficiency in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, along with experience in closing deals

Ability to collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver client solutions

An understanding of digital marketing and event management services is a plus

Proficiency in CRM tools and analytical reporting

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Previous experience in a sales-oriented role
