Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell surgical products and disposables to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet doctors, purchase managers, and hospital staff
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Provide daily sales reports and updates through the company’s reporting software
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback


Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales of surgical products or medical disposables preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to use sales/reporting software for daily updates
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
