Job Description
A Telesales professional is responsible for driving revenue by pitching, promoting, and closing sales deals over the phone. They connect with potential or existing customers, identify their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Initiate outbound calls or handle inbound inquiries to pitch products/services and close sales deals.
- Lead Management: Qualify prospects, record customer data, and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Customer Relations: Build rapport, understand consumer requirements, and make personalized product recommendations.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and revenue quotas.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product features and effectively communicate how they benefit the buyer. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
