Job Description
*SALES HEAD – Interior & Exterior Solutions*
Location: Bangalore | Experience: 6-10 Years*
*About the Role*
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Head to drive revenue growth for our interior and exterior projects – marble, granite, tiles, cladding, and turnkey finishes. You’ll lead, coach, and scale a sales team while also owning key client relationships and project conversions.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Team Leadership & Management*
- Build, lead, and manage the sales team: set targets, monitor performance, conduct training
- Create sales strategies, playbooks, and KPIs for both B2B and B2C channels
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results
*Revenue & Business Growth*
- Own monthly/quarterly sales targets for interior and exterior projects
- Identify and open new markets: architects, builders, developers, direct homeowners
- Drive conversions from lead to closure for projects ₹5L to ₹1Cr+
- Oversee pricing, quotations, and negotiation for high-value projects
*Client & Channel Management*
- Manage relationships with top clients, architects, and contractors
- Develop partnerships with real estate developers and interior design firms
- Represent Vision Stone at trade events, site visits, and client meetings
*Operations & Reporting*
- Work closely with execution team to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
- Track pipeline in CRM, forecast revenue, and report to management weekly
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategy
*What We’re Looking For*
- 6-10 years in sales, with 3+ years managing a team in construction, interiors, tiles, stone, or allied sectors
- Proven track record of hitting targets and scaling a sales team
- Strong understanding of interior/exterior products, project sales cycle, and site execution basics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate. Must be open to site visits
