Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire sales function, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance levels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of trends and opportunities.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Implement best practices and innovative sales techniques to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
