Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to team members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and finance teams to support sales activities.
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Manage showroom operations and maintain brand standards.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
