Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales & Business Development

Drive monthly revenue targets for detailing, ceramic coatings, PPF, and related services

Convert walk-in and digital leads into confirmed bookings

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

Develop local partnerships with car dealers, used car showrooms, and auto communities

Monitor pricing strategies and competitor activities

🔹 Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day studio operations

Ensure quality control and timely delivery of vehicles

Manage workflow scheduling and job allocation

Maintain inventory of materials and coordinate procurement

Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and professional work environment

🔹 Team Management

Supervise technicians and support staff

Train team on customer handling and service quality standards

Maintain productivity and efficiency benchmarks

Conduct regular performance reviews

🔹 Customer Experience

Handle escalations and resolve complaints professionally

Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive reviews

Follow up post-service for feedback

🔹 Reporting & Administration

Maintain daily sales and operations reports

Track expenses, margins, and profitability

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales, detailing studio, workshop, or related industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Leadership and team management ability

Target-driven mindset

Basic knowledge of detailing products like ceramic coatings, PPF, and films

Valid driving license (must be confident driving premium cars)

Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
