Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales operations for our modular furniture products in both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the furniture industry, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to build and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, architects, designers, and end consumers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Qualifications:
- Education:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry or related fields.
- Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business development in a competitive market.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the modular furniture market and customer preferences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Other Requirements:
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
