Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and coach sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and accessories teams to maximize revenue.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership processes.
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management.
