Sales Manager

* Welcome and assist walk-in customers and online enquiries.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wallpapers, wall panels, murals, and décor solutions.

* Generate quotations and follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.

* Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail customers.

* Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution.

* Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.

* Stay updated on new products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

* Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sales.

* Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities when required.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
