Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales representatives.
- Set clear team goals and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
3. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution.
- Oversee the management of key accounts and develop retention strategies.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Create and present sales performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams to support the sales cycle.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
