Job Description
We are looking for a target-driven Sales Manager to join our franchise development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert company-provided franchise leads into successful closures.
- Handle calls, meetings, follow-ups and franchise presentations.
- Identify and finalise suitable properties for franchise outlets.
- Coordinate site visits, negotiations and franchise onboarding.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales/business development experience.
- Experience in franchise sales, real estate, retail or F&B preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Target-oriented and strong follow-up ability.
