Job Description – Sales ManagerCompany: Belvaa Senior Care
Position: Sales Manager
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Work Type: Field Sales
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 1 Weekly Off Every Month
Leave Policy: 1 Casual Leave (CL) per month + Government Holidays Applicable
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:Generate admissions and business opportunities for Belvaa Senior Care services.
- Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and referral partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand referral networks.
- Meet monthly sales and occupancy targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Conduct presentations and facility visits for prospective clients and families.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead tracking, and sales pipeline updates.
- Participate in marketing events, health camps, and awareness programs.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, healthcare, hospitality, or senior care preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for business development activities.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
