FIELD MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE (B2B & B2C)

ABOUT CLOSED CIRCUIT

Closed Circuit is an innovative software platform designed for businesses, families, communities, associations, and organizations to securely connect, communicate, share updates, and build private digital communities.

We are a growing startup looking for highly motivated, disciplined, energetic, and result-oriented individuals who are willing to contribute to the growth of the company through field marketing and sales activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate leads independently through field visits, networking, and direct customer engagement.
  • Meet prospective customers personally and explain the product in detail.
  • Visit businesses, residential communities, apartments, associations, and families to demonstrate the product.
  • Distribute brochures and promotional materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.
  • Update customer interactions immediately in the CRM system after every meeting.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and submit activity reports.
  • Share customer feedback, meeting outcomes, photographs, and field updates as required.
  • Work on both B2B and B2C sales opportunities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Field-based role

PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING

  • Every Customer Interaction activity reporting is mandatory.
  • Field movement and client visit activities will be monitored.
  • Customer interaction updates must be submitted promptly.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, conversions, and overall contribution to business growth.
  • Candidates are expected to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and field activities.

  • Candidates are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's growth and success.
  • This is a target-oriented role requiring continuous focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion during working hours.

PROBATION PERIOD

  • Initial probation period: 3 months.
  • During probation, candidates are expected to demonstrate dedication, consistency, professionalism, and target-oriented performance. no leaves are allowed in this period.
