Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of proven experience in sales & marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales & marketing targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales & marketing opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Submit reports and feedback to management using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales & marketing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Preferred Skills:Experience in Marketing & Sales.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
