• Handle customer queries professionally
• Promote app downloads, subscriptions, or hiring solutions
• Required Skills, Good communication skills in English, Hindi, kannada and local language
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle outbound/inbound calls
• Qualification / Graduate / Diploma
• MBA or Sales certification is an added advantage
