CrazyFlora is a premium home décor and gifting brand specializing in indoor plants, outdoor plants, elegant planters, bouquets, terrariums, corporate gifting, landscaping, and plant care solutions. We are looking for an energetic and creative Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about sales, customer engagement, and brand growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales

Generate new leads through online and offline channels.

Convert inquiries into successful sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate customers.

Identify business opportunities with offices, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and event planners.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Marketing

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

Coordinate product photoshoots, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Assist in email marketing and customer retention initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement suggestions.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

Customer Relationship Management

Respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.

Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.

Collect customer feedback and work with the team to improve the overall customer experience.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Passion for plants, home décor, or lifestyle products is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or business development.

Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
