Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales)Company: His+

About the Role:
His+ is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand the market presence of our health, wellness, and beauty product range. This is a field-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, generating sales, and developing new business opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to retailers, distributors, pharmacies, salons, clinics, and wellness outlets.
- Generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and demonstrate His+ products to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Requirements:1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in health, wellness, beauty, FMCG, or personal care products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
