Job Description:
🐾 PawSpace is hiring! Sales Associate – Inside Sales / Telesales
Join India's fastest-growing pet care platform! We're looking for target-driven sales talent who can convert leads into bookings and earn big incentives.
Salary: ₹4-6 LPA fixed + incentives (earn up to ₹40,000/month extra!)
Location: HSR HustleHub, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work from office, 6 days/week
Experience: 2+ years in Sales/Telesales
What you'll do:
✅ Handle inbound leads from calls, WhatsApp, website & social media
✅ Make outbound calls to convert leads into paid bookings
✅ Explain PawSpace services (grooming, training, boarding & more)
✅ Hit daily & monthly sales targets
✅ Upsell subscription packages
✅ Handle customer queries & close bookings
✅ Update CRM with call notes and daily reports
Who can apply:
✔️ 2+ years experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / BDE / Academy Counselling / Admissions Sales
✔️ Great at talking to customers over calls & WhatsApp
✔️ Comfortable with daily targets & incentive-based earning
✔️ Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & CRM tools
✔️ Candidates from ed-tech, academy counselling, hospitality, or startup sales backgrounds preferred
🎯 Incentive Plan:
💵 ₹13,000/month on hitting ₹6L revenue target
💵 ₹1,000-₹2,500 daily spot incentive
💵 Up to ₹40,000/month for top performers!
