About the Role - Your primary responsibility is to help candidates secure overseas employment by guiding them through every stage of the recruitment process. You will represent the company professionally, build confidence in our services, and ensure candidates receive continuous support until they successfully join their overseas employer.

Job Summary - We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented, and energetic Recruitment Executive who can guide candidates interested in overseas employment opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills and be committed to achieving recruitment targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and counsel candidates interested in working abroad.
• Explain overseas job opportunities, recruitment process, salary, benefits, and documentation requirements.
• Convince eligible candidates to proceed with the recruitment process and pay the applicable service charges.
• Build trust and confidence by explaining the company's legal process, transparency, and commitment to quality service.
• Follow up regularly with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process until they successfully join their overseas employer.
• Collect and verify required documents from candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and application status in the CRM or database.
• Resolve candidate queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and revenue targets.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with candidates.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).
• Ability to work independently and under target-based environments.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in sales, recruitment, telesales, education counseling, immigration, travel, or customer service will be preferred.
