Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth for our residential design studio. This is a high-visibility role requiring a unique blend of "design empathy" and "sales closing" expertise. You will be the primary face of the brand for homeowners, turning their personal aspirations into signed design contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Touch Sales: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for luxury residential projects, from initial discovery calls and budget vetting to final contract negotiation.
• Marketing & Brand Storytelling: Curate a premium digital presence (Instagram, Pinterest) that showcases our portfolio; manage hyper-local lead generation campaigns targeted at high-end neighborhoods.
• Relationship Management: Act as the trusted liaison between homeowners and the creative team, ensuring the client's vision remains aligned with the project's execution.
• Strategic Growth: Build a robust referral network with luxury realtors, architects, and high-end developers to ensure a consistent pipeline of HNI leads.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in sales/marketing, specifically within the B2C luxury home sector (Interior Design, Real Estate, or Premium Decor).
• Design Literacy: Ability to speak fluently about design styles, materials, and floor plans to build immediate credibility with clients.
• Client Management: Proven track record of handling the emotional and financial complexities of residential sales with high-net-worth individuals.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce) and social media marketing tools.
