Sales & Marketing Manager

Sales Executive – Meghmilan EnterprisesLocation: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Promote products such as HDPE pipes, DWC pipes, pumps, motors, electrical items, wires, and construction materials.
• Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, and referrals.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support online and offline marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing ability.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM is an advantage).
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Freshers are welcome; training is provided.

Preferred Qualification

• 10th pass, PUC, Diploma, or Graduate.
• Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not mandator
